I pulled in, explained what was going on and in less than 5 minutes they had the seat cover, mat for the floor and a number in my mirror to get started. They made the experience very fast, even if this fix wasn't super fast they kept me in the loop with their really cool text messages outlining in video form everything they did, what they found, etc. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I am always treated with respect. No pressure to buy anything I don't want they tell you if you have a problem like a burnt out bulb they give you the option to replace or not. I own 2 subarus and both go there for service oil changes and extras. When I started going to nate wade oil changes we're cheaper at nate wade then the drive through oil change places. I had a warranty issue that I didn’t know what covered. Once I finally talked to the right people at the dealership the entire process went smooth. I was able to schedule service immediately get everything done for no charge and even schedule a loaner car. Everyone was so helpful and I’ll continue to use for my next Subaru purchase.

Came from Texas by car and needed an oil change today before going back home (2026 Wilderness Forrester). The Latino gentleman with glasses took great care of me and Aubrey was so pleasant upon my arrival here. I love when folks truly take their job seriously and with great care. This was the first errand of my day today and these great people truly set the tone for the rest of my day/trip. I have had nothing but great experiences with the humans who work here but Brooke the AI scheduler is frustrating and confusing. If I only want to schedule something, she's fine, but I usually have a question or two that she can't answer. And it is not very easy to get to a human. Please hire a person who can answer questions (like giving quotes, recommending services for a specific issue, etc.) Anyway, the actual people here do great work and give excellent customer service. Thank you for always helping me out!

Nate Wade Subaru is an amazing dealership who truly cares about their customers and doing great work for a fair price. Our son is in college in SLC and for three years had a Subaru Outback which Nate Wade serviced. When he first moved out, he tried other private Subaru service centers, but none of them provided the fair pricing or service Nate Wade provided.
