Christian was cordial, professional, and helpful. My service went well. This is a reversal from previous visits with another service advisor. One time, I asked for them to look for a coolant leak while doing the service. The response was, " They all do that". Shortly thereafter, I found a leaking coolant hose on the top of the engine. Another time, I asked that they check for a loose heat shield during a service. Response was, "No loose heat shields found". A few weeks later, a heat shield fell off the car.
We bought our first subaru a few months ago with the help of Bryce and had a great experience! Bryce was super helpful and knowledgeable as was Paul in the finance department! After driving it home we realized that the a/c button was stuck. We called Bryce and he coordinated everything for us to get it fixed the next day (his day off). Thank you!

My service writer, Colton, was super helpful in addressing an issue I had with my Outback’s ECM. He listened to my concerns and ensured the technician was able to diagnose and correct the issue. The waiting area was also nice and quiet so I was able to get a lot of work done while I waited.

Our AC compressor died in 90+ degree heat in Pendleton OR, four hours into our 2 week road trip down to Utah. Unfortunately, as it was Saturday afternoon, we couldn't get it fixed in Pendleton or Boise on Sunday. We continued to Salt Lake City and hoped we could find someone to fix it Monday morning there. I had a check engine light come on and was able to make a last-minute appointment at 930 am on a Saturday. Although this is not common for a Saturday. Nate Wade not only was so helpful getting my car in the shop to be assessed but was able to fix the problem the same day. The quick turnaround and kindness during the experience was top notch. With this experience and past experiences, I will always come to Nate Wade for services and repairs on my Subaru.

I used your website to diagnose a blown head gasket on my Subaru Impreza. It was a fantastic resource and made the decision for me real quick to use my savings and get to the mechanic quickly. I bought a few cars from them, and my experience with them was okay over the years. The sales and service departments are not the best, but reasonable enough and fairly easy to deal with. I am kind of curious about how their culture will change now that they are under new ownership.
We had an issue with a car we were preparing to give to a grandchild for college. Derek Hardy went well above and beyond to secure us a warranty compromise with Subaru corporate. What could have been a difficult process he made workable, a matter for which we are very grateful. We are buying a new Subaru replacement vehicle and that purchase will be at Nate Wade! I'm not sure I will buy a Subaru (I was in the market for a truck and peeked at an Outback at the urging of a friend) but wanted to recommend Dalton in sales. If he were selling a truck, I would buy from him. Very helpful, very friendly, not obnoxiously salesy like most of the other salespeople I have met in this process. Honestly, I considered the Outback just to deal with Dalton.

I have only heard of bad dealerships, ones who try to nickel and dime you every step of the way, or pressure you into bad deals, the joke of vehicle salesmen is how I felt my experience would be pre visit. Normally I don’t have any issues with this dealership. I was in recently for service, we’re supposed to check fluid levels, I don’t think they did, I had to put washer fluid in my car myself.
