Fast, Friendly and Very Informative
Fast friendly service, I needed a Quick Lube and asked for my car to be looked over for an out of state road trip. The service team said it would take an hour to an hour and a half, it was about 45 minutes.
Very quick, would have given 5 stars if they would have wash my car. I was disappointed that the cars around me were washed and not mine.

Daniel was a rockstar. Someone give that guy a raise. We drove down from Montana (probs shouldn’t have), but he didn’t judge our situation. He came with solutions and a good sense of humor. He balanced our financial situation with the must-have repairs and laid it all out for us. Service was quick, loaner car was perfect, and our car was back in action. 10/10 for Daniel and the service team!
The best dealership service department! Most dealerships will take hours to do a simple oil change. It's expected that at a dealership they will not prioritize you if you make an appointment. Nate Wade Subaru actually does honor & prioritize appointments. They are fast, respectful, & do great work.

Nate Wade is a great dealership. We have bought about 5 cars there. They are fair and friendly. Only issue is their new AI phone service is infuriating. It’s impossible to get to a human to actually get some help.

I stopped by to have a routine oil change and I was welcomed in and seen right away. I played with my four year old in the waiting area with colorful building blocks and cars. They let me know the status of the cars condition and things to be aware of and I paid and was on my way in less than 35 minutes. It was great!

Did Transmission fluid here on Subaru xt, about 300 bucks. Probably be a lil cheaper if used coupon. The price is not bad considering buying the parts would cost me 500 bucks ( they only sell 5 gallon).
Initially after the cvt fluid change, the cvt was shifting funny, so I took the car back, Cole took me back in and checked out the car for free of charge. The car now runs and shift great, no one knows why the jerky behavior, maybe the electronics was adjusting to the fluid, who knows.

Took car in for express service. They are so attentive and super fast. I really like the service department at Nate Wade.
They were great. Sara helped me get the vehicle, hold it while I did all my inspections and checks, humoring me through the process. They even replaced a little piece that came in broken that I had requested to have replaced.

They got me right in for service when my check engine light came on. The customer service there was an excellent experience. I was in and out within an hour. Definitely recommend this dealership.

We were met by helpful people who offered to get us drinks and employees who held the door open for us. Fine details that make you want to come back.
