They were all very courteous and accommodating. The waiting area is also very well stocked with snacks, which I loved. The only iffy bit was that my car had a bit grease on the seat, steering wheel and door. Easy enough to clean off though.

I had a warranty issue that I didn’t know what covered. Once I finally talked to the right people at the dealership the entire process went smooth. I was able to schedule service immediately get everything done for no charge and even schedule a loaner car. Everyone was so helpful and I’ll continue to use for my next Subaru purchase.

Came from Texas by car and needed an oil change today before going back home (2026 Wilderness Forrester). The Latino gentleman with glasses took great care of me and Aubrey was so pleasant upon my arrival here. I love when folks truly take their job seriously and with great care. This was the first errand of my day today and these great people truly set the tone for the rest of my day/trip. Yall have no idea how thankful I am to come across such fine customer service for my brand new forrester. God bless!

I have had nothing but great experiences with the humans who work here but Brooke the AI scheduler is frustrating and confusing. If I only want to schedule something, she's fine, but I usually have a question or two that she can't answer. And it is not very easy to get to a human. Please hire a person who can answer questions (like giving quotes, recommending services for a specific issue, etc.) Anyway, the actual people here do great work and give excellent customer service. Thank you for always helping me out!

Fast friendly service, I needed a Quick Lube and asked for my car to be looked over for an out of state road trip. The service team said it would take an hour to an hour and a half, it was about 45 minutes.
Very quick, would have given 5 stars if they would have wash my car. I was disappointed that the cars around me were washed and not mine.

Daniel was a rockstar. Someone give that guy a raise. We drove down from Montana (probs shouldn’t have), but he didn’t judge our situation. He came with solutions and a good sense of humor. He balanced our financial situation with the must-have repairs and laid it all out for us. Service was quick, loaner car was perfect, and our car was back in action. 10/10 for Daniel and the service team!
The best dealership service department! Most dealerships will take hours to do a simple oil change. It's expected that at a dealership they will not prioritize you if you make an appointment. Nate Wade Subaru actually does honor & prioritize appointments. They are fast, respectful, & do great work.
