In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Nate Wade Subaru is offering a free pickup & delivery service to all our local customers who live within 10 miles of the dealership.
If you are unable to come in to the dealership for service, we will gladly come to you and pickup your vehicle for the service work your vehicle needs. Once the service is complete, we will return your Subaru to you at home. We can also arrange to leave a loaner car with you during your service if needed.

*Pick-up & Drop-off service is only available Monday through Friday. Must have an appointment and live within 10 miles of the dealership. Drop-off service cannot be performed without a Pick-up service.
First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Nate Wade Subaru is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.
We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus. Here are some of the things we are doing to keep our guests and our team safe:
Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily and high-traffic areas multiple times a day
Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers
We have temporarily discontinued making fresh popcorn and offering fresh cookies for Service customers
All Service porters and technicians will be wearing gloves to reduce physical contact with your vehicle
If you don't feel comfortable coming into the dealership for service, we will work with you to have someone come pick your car up for you.
