For being so young, Cade Tyrell , my Service Advisor was very knowledgable and easy to work with. After the tech’s inspections, Cade explained additional recommendations that made sense without making me feel that he was trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The visual report from the tech was very helpful also. And my extended warranty even covered part of it. Cade is a very valuable asset to your company! Very good experience!

I pulled in, explained what was going on and in less than 5 minutes they had the seat cover, mat for the floor and a number in my mirror to get started. They made the experience very fast, even if this fix wasn't super fast they kept me in the loop with their really cool text messages outlining in video form everything they did, what they found, etc. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I am always treated with respect. No pressure to buy anything I don't want they tell you if you have a problem like a burnt out bulb they give you the option to replace or not. I own 2 subarus and both go there for service oil changes and extras. When I started going to nate wade oil changes we're cheaper at nate wade then the drive through oil change places. Nate Wade Subaru is an amazing dealership who truly cares about their customers and doing great work for a fair price. Definitely want to share my experience with Nate Wade Subaru. I brought my recently purchased used 2014 outback in because I was missing a spring that would allow my gas cap cover to release. Upon inspection it was discovered that I had a cam carrier leak and would need a cam carrier reseal which was going to be an expensive repair. I'm not sure I will buy a Subaru (I was in the market for a truck and peeked at an Outback at the urging of a friend) but wanted to recommend Dalton in sales. If he were selling a truck, I would buy from him. Very helpful, very friendly, not obnoxiously salesy like most of the other salespeople I have met in this process. Honestly, I considered the Outback just to deal with Dalton.

Normally I don’t have any issues with this dealership. I was in recently for service, we’re supposed to check fluid levels, I don’t think they did, I had to put washer fluid in my car myself.

Smooth appointment process for the oil change. They did a good job and got me in and out quickly and I appreciated the complimentary car wash. The video of the inspection walk around was fun.

Nathan worked with me over the course of a few weeks through email, text and calls to answer questions and concerns. He is a polite and patient professional, but also warm and friendly. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and there was no pressure. We came from about 200 miles away and were planning on making a day of the car search process. We spent about 7 hours there and were able to test drive several different vehicles and given space to weigh the pros and cons of our choice. We are thrilled with our Subaru!

Prompt, professional. Excellent service. They have never overcharged me and are so honest. I did something dumb once and washed my car with the gas cap open. They were so nice aboit helping me navigate the whole thing and charged me less than they quoted because they did not need to do as much work as anticipated - I wouldn't have known any better. And that's just one example of their honesty (been going there aboit 10 years)

Excellent communication and super speedy service! I was given phone calls or texts along the way and they even called me in the middle of my routine service to tell me they had found a problem. They didn't try to scare me into having it fixed either, I really like that it wasn't high pressure and they understood that I needed to check my budget before I could okay. The additional fix. Nate Wade Subaru made the process of buying my first car very easy! I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car that I didn’t want or couldn’t afford, and everything was fairly straightforward. They were also willing to put my car on hold for me because I wasn’t able to buy it the same day.
Did a good job with the oil change, didn't take long, but lost the cap to the valve stem when they rotated and checked the tires. Also failed to reset the oil change counter on the instrument settings.
The service was beyond amazing. When my vehicle wasn’t looked at the day of my appointment a loaner was provided.
