Our Response to COVID-19

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Nate Wade Subaru is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps in the dealership include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily and high-traffic areas multiple times a day
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations are available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers
  • We have temporarily discontinued making fresh popcorn and offering fresh cookies for Service customers
  • All Service porters and technicians will be wearing gloves to reduce physical contact with your vehicle
  • All members of our sales team have been given a bucket with sanitizer and gloves so that they can disinfect cars for test drives or selling
We've also taken steps to be able to help you from home:

  • If you don't feel comfortable coming into the dealership for service, we can come pick your car up for you
  • If you are shopping for a car, you can submit all necessary documents to us from home using the Digital Retailing tool in the sidebar of any vehicle page. This will help you greatly reduce the amount of time spent in the dealership.

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.

If you are currently working in our local emergency services helping to treat and prevent the spread of COVID-19, the last thing you should be worrying about is unreliable transportation. If you are one of these workers and need a better form of transportation to get you to work, we would be happy to offer you a free rental car if you are in need.
