This is my second Subaru from Eric Lithgow at Nate Wade! Another great experience with a knowledgeable and compassionate salesperson. We needed a new car quickly and Eric helped guide us to the right model that would be arriving soon. He put the car on reserve until we could get there to 'let that deal go down.' We also really enjoyed working with Fred in Financing. He was also super knowledgeable and explained the terms of our loan in an easily understandable way.
My last 3 Subarus have been purchased and maintained by Nate Wade. They have always been fair, accommodating and reasonable. Eric is simply amazing! He's very easy to get along with and honest. He's by far my one and only favorite Subaru dealer. Fred was friendly and thorough. He explained the financial portion simply to me. Josh said okay to what I was asking for on my trade in. I only had to haggle with him a little bit.

Immediate acknowledgement, prompt and efficient handling of oil change requirements. Snow tires were a separate issue. I cut my hand on a screw that lodged in the sidewall of one of my summer tires. Strange because it was in the plastic bag that I received last fall when my snow tires and wheels were put on. To my surprise last fall, the tire pressure gage in the valve stems were activated. Service rep, Jonny, told me sidewall puncture unrepairable. Ordered new tires which were mounted, paid for alignment and drove home. Disappointed that the valve stem sensors were not activated. ...

My car was only 4 years old and under warranty. The transmission had to be replace and they took care of it immediately! They gave me a loaner car so there was no inconvenience. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've never been disappointed in their service!
